How to Access the Loyalty Reward Program from the Rigel Castle Courtyard Web App
The Rigel Castle Courtyard Web App Loyalty Reward Program lets members unlock exclusive bonuses, free chips, and special gifts right from their desktop. Whether you’re a casual player or a high roller, this step-by-step guide will show you exactly how to access, register, and get ready to participate all without the interruptions of a mobile phone.
Step 1: Log In to the Courtyard Web App
Open your browser and go to https://courtyard.rigelcastle.com.
Authenticate using the QR code from your Rigel Castle mobile app.
Once logged in, you will see your Web App dashboard (see screenshot below).
Step 2: Open the Loyalty Reward Menu
Tap or click the hamburger menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
A sidebar menu will appear — scroll down and select “Loyalty Reward” (see second screenshot).
Step 3: Accept the Terms & Conditions
The first time you access the Loyalty Reward Program, you will be prompted to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Accepting is mandatory to participate in the program.
Step 4: Verify Your Participant Information
Once you’ve accepted the Terms & Conditions, you will be taken to the Participant Verification Screen where you must:

Confirm your Full Name

Provide your Email Address

Select your Preferred Payment Method

Enter your Crypto Wallet Address for receiving payments

Step 5: How to Participate in the Loyalty Reward Program
Join or Watch the Live Play Session
Live Play Sessions are usually held at 8:30 AM New York Time.
These sessions are recorded for members who cannot attend live.
During the session, Rich Fortner will reveal a keyword — either in full or in parts spread across the session (start, break, and end).
Keywords can be words or numbers. Write them down and keep them safe.
Do not share your keyword with anyone.
Access the Recorded Session (If You Missed the Live Play)
Within about 2 hours after the Live Play ends, the session will appear under the Loyalty Reward section with a video link.
The same video will also be available on the Rigel Castle homepage under Reward Video.
You have 24 hours from the posting time to watch the video and collect your keyword(s).
Submit Your Keyword
Combine all parts of the keyword into one complete keyword.
Submit your keyword through the Loyalty Reward submission form in the Courtyard Web App before the 24-hour deadline.
How Winners Are Selected
At the start of the next Live Play Session, Rich Fortner will initiate the winner selection for the previous session:
The system will randomly select winners from all participants who submitted the correct keyword within the 24-hour period.
All qualifying participants have an equal chance of winning.
Winners are announced live during the session.
Once winners are announced, the current day’s Live Play continues.
Weekly Reward
Alongside daily rewards, Rigel Castle also offers a Weekly Reward:
All your daily participation entries for the week are automatically counted towards the Weekly Reward draw.
Weekly Rewards may include larger prizes, exclusive bonuses, or special gifts.
To qualify, you must participate in at least one Live Play Session and submit a correct keyword during that week.
Weekly winners are announced at a scheduled time and may be featured in a special Winner’s Circle post.
