Account Deletion Steps for Apple and Google
- Step 1: Open the Rigel Castle app on your Android device.
- Step 2: Press the Menu Icon to Open the navigation drawer
- Step 3: Select Your Profile Picture
- Step 4: Click on "Sign-Out and Delete My Data"
- Step 5: Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Important Notes
- Data Recovery: Once you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Processing Time: Account deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.
- Legal Obligations: In certain cases, we may retain some data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
