Data Deletion Instructions

At Rigel Castle, we value your privacy and provide clear guidelines on how you can delete your account data in compliance with Apple and Google Account Deletion Guidelines. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps outlined below.

Account Deletion Steps for Apple and Google

1. Step 1: Open the Rigel Castle app on your Android device.
2. Step 2: Press the Menu Icon to Open the navigation drawer
3. Step 3: Select Your Profile Picture
4. Step 4: Click on “Sign-Out and Delete My Data”
5. Step 5: Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Important Notes

1. Data Recovery: Once you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
2. Processing Time: Account deletion requests may take up to 30 days to process.
3. Legal Obligations: In certain cases, we may retain some data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
