Live Play Link and Notifications

At Rigel Castle, we are committed to providing a top-tier Baccarat experience. One of the key features of our Live Play sessions is the ability to join exclusive Zoom meetings where strategies, bet selections, and money management techniques are discussed in real time.

If you’re wondering how to get access to the Zoom link for Live Play, follow these simple steps:

1. Be a Subscriber

Live Play sessions are exclusive to subscribers of Rigel Castle. Ensure you have an active subscription to gain access to the Zoom link and participate in real-time discussions.

2. Check the Live Play Section

Navigate to your Profile Page inside the Rigel Castle app. There is a bell icon next to your profile picture—click this bell, and you will be taken to the session schedule and notifications.

3. Look for the Live Play Link and Notifications

At the bottom of the Profile Page inside the Rigel Castle app, you will see three icons:

1️⃣ Home Icon – Brings you back to the main page of the app.
2️⃣ Bell Icon – Contains all notifications. You will normally receive a notification here before Live Play starts, anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours ahead of time. The actual Live Play time will be mentioned in the notification message.
3️⃣ Events Icon (Middle Icon with a Few People) – This is where you will find the Live Play schedule. The exact time of the session will be shown in your local time. However, meetings arranged by Rigel Castle are usually scheduled based on Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Notification Messages

Notification messages are ordered from latest to oldest. The Moon Sign means the time of day you received the notification.

Tapping on the notification will provide more information about the Notification.

Event Messages

Event messages are ordered from latest to oldest inside the Rigel Castle app.
A Moon Icon 🌙 next to a message means the notification was received in the evening. A Sun Icon ☀️ means the notification was received in the morning. Always check for the latest date shown in the app. The date and time stated are based on your local time.

The date and time displayed are based on your local time and indicate when the Live Play Event is about to take place. Tapping there will take you the Event Details.

4. Join the Session on Time

Live Play sessions are interactive, and discussions are structured. To make the most of it, join the Zoom session on time and be prepared with your questions or strategies to discuss.

5. Engage and Learn

Once inside the session, you can: ✅ Learn directly from expert players
✅ Ask questions about bet selections and money management
✅ Engage in real-time strategy discussions

6. Requesting the Zoom Link via Support Email

If, for any reason, you are unable to view the Live Play link on the app, you can request the link via the Support Email, which is located within the app.

✅ We will only send the link to emails that come from the Support Email inside the app—no external requests will be accepted.
✅ You must request the link within 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.
✅ Below is how you can access the Support Email from within the app, Tap on the Email Icon and send us your request.
